Heat Guard Mini Tri Line

This is a mini-sized aluminum cast heat guard that can be mounted in various locations.

It can be installed on pipes with either a 1-3/4 inch or 2 inch diameter.

Overall length: approx. 170 mm
Bolt pitch: 90 mm

Includes an easy-to-install mounting base set, eliminating the need for troublesome nut welding on the exhaust pipe.
The base specifications vary depending on the pipe diameter. Please select the appropriate pipe size from the options when purchasing.

Three surface finish options are available.
Prices vary depending on the selected finish, so please choose from the surface treatment options.

・Polished Finish – ¥18,000
The standard finish. The price shown applies.

・Bare Finish – ¥15,000
No surface treatment; raw cast finish. There may be traces of gate removal, small casting pores, or other marks from the pre-finishing stage.
¥3,000 less than the polished finish.

・Black dyed Finish – ¥18,000
The surface is chemically treated to create a thin black oxide coating.
Same price as the polished finish.
Please note that black dyed items are made to order, so delivery will take longer than usual.
